Here we go again .. Eggdrop v1.4.3 Release Candidate One.

A few of the things fixed from 1.4.2 are:

            - user@host information being corrupted (this was noticed
alot by people running bseen.tcl)
- various +e/+I problems when setting and expiring them.
- some minor security issues relating to channel owners/masters
being able to add hosts global masters or owners.
- commas in ban reasons no longer break your userfile.

- OS support for BSDi 4.x, BeOS, and Ultrix.
- minor configure fixes when detecting TCL on your system.

also, the msg bind now triggers only on the full word instead of
being able to trigger on partial matches. I hope this doesn't break
anyones scripts .. it might actually fix a few <g>. So, if all goes
well with everyone testing this version (and I know you do), in a
week or so, we'll have Eggdrop 1.4.3 was our official stable version.
