Hey folks,

	Your userfile bugs and crashes dealing with expired masks have been
fixed. We decided to release eggdrop1.6.1 quickly so that people looking at
upgrading to the 1.6 series are not scared off by the bugs in 1.6.0 -- that
userfile bug had been there for months but no one caught it (it happens, we
are sorry and we fixed it for you :P~).

	I am a firm believer in the 1.6 series and I run it (for some
reason, I never encountered the userfile bug though .. *shrug*) and I would
recommend it to anyone who wants to try it out. Along with fixing the bugs I
mentioned above a few other little fixes have been included:

	- revenge-mode is a per channel setting now	
	- .+ban will only set the ban if that ban matches someone in the
channel
	- updated the KNOWN-PROBLEMS file to be current with 1.6
